Armored for the journey
Fragile collectibles don’t travel in flimsy mailers here. Orders go out in our "armored boxes" with cushioning inside, so your piece is braced against the bumps of transit. Where it makes sense, boxed items get extra corner protection because for a collector, the box is part of the piece, and it deserves the same care as what’s inside. We utilize 32 and 64 ect rated boxes which gives 200lbs of edge crush pressure protection.

We ship most orders via the US Postal Service, and occasionally UPS or FedEx. PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories go USPS. Every order leaves Haymarket, Virginia — right by the I-66 / I-81 corridor that major retailers use as a shipping hub — the next business day we’re open (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

How long do I have to return something?
30 days. If you’re not completely happy, return unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Email customersatisfaction@keengatoys.com with a few details and we’ll reply quickly with instructions. Returned items must be in original condition — tags attached, manuals included, security seals intact. We can’t refund items that have been soiled, laundered, or altered.
How soon will my refund be processed?
Within 5 days of receiving your item usually the very next day, though as a small business we appreciate your patience. We refund the full purchase price plus any shipping charges.
What if you sent the wrong item, or it’s defective?
We’ll make it right. Every order is inspected for quality and accuracy, but mistakes happen. Let us know and we’ll ship your correct order along with a pre-paid return label for the incorrect or defective item.
Do you ship to APO/FPO and US Territories?
Yes — and proudly. My husband is a veteran, so supporting military addresses matters to us. For APO/FPO, transit time is an estimate of when the package reaches the military postal system. US Territories generally take a few extra days by Expedited, and up to 14 business days by Standard.
Can you have this item delivered when my wife isn’t home so she doesn’t know I spent more money buying Hot Wheels?
While we strive for prompt shipping and to get every Treasure to you in the best condition possible, we can’t guarantee a specific time of day for delivery.
