Helpful answers about Dragon Ball Z Figures
Which Dragon Ball Z action figures does Keenga Toys carry?
Bandai’s lines, led today by Dragon Ball Evolve. Our standard line is now Dragon Ball Evolve, a 5-inch carded figure series with great art that is gaining ground fast. You’ll also see the Dragon Stars line from Bandai (sometimes described as Dragon Ball Super - Stars) — the figure most collectors are familiar with, now boasting more than 50 different figures in total. We also carry some exclusives, including those from San Diego Comic-Con as well as Ichiban and Chosen statues from Bandai or Banpresto. All the Bandai products are the US authorized release version distributed by Bandai America.
What is the Dragon Stars action figure line?
Bandai’s 6.5-inch collector line — more than 50 figures strong. This is a 6.5-inch boxed action figure line with multiple replaceable hands and oftentimes other accessories. Each figure contains at least 16 points of articulation and depicts the best characters across the various Dragon Ball anime series. It’s a mature figure line covering nearly the full gamut — Goku, Gogeta, or Vegeta, depending on your favorite.
What is the Dragon Ball Evolve action figure line?
A 5-inch carded line with universal appeal. Dragon Ball Evolve is a newer carded action figure line from Bandai, and these figures are exceptionally well done. Wave 1 — Super Saiyan Broly, Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta, and Super Saiyan Blue Goku — sold out quickly at nearly every store, and that 3-figure wave had a strong six-month run, which is a lifetime for a toy to actively sell. Wave 2 brought three more figures (and finally some bad guys): Golden Frieza, Jiren Full Power Final Form, and Ultra Instinct Goku. In our humble Keenga Toys opinion, the best part of this series is that it has what most action figures should but don’t: universal appeal to both collectors and kids. It’s reasonably priced — pull it off the card and play, or hang it with the card back.
