Holiday Ornaments: Gift & Collector FAQ
What ornament brands does Keenga Toys carry?
Keenga Toys stocks holiday ornaments from Department 56, Enesco, and Kurt S. Adler. Within the Enesco family we stock Heartwood Creek, Margaritaville, and other Jim Shore–designed ornaments, plus Snowpinions, Possible Dreams, and crossover lines including Pusheen the Cat. From Kurt S. Adler, we carry popular celebrity icon ornaments—from classic Betty Boop to Doctor Fauci—along with Coca-Cola themes, plenty of Grinch and Nightmare Before Christmas, food pop deco, Nickelodeon characters, and of course classic Santa.
Does this ornament come in a gift box?
All ornaments come as the manufacturer intended. Some of the economy-priced Snowpinions and Kurt S. Adler ornaments (usually those under $15) come packed in styrofoam rather than individual boxes. If you need a gift box, just add a note to your order—we can provide a small complimentary gift box if you need one.
How do you pack these ornaments?
Very, very carefully. These are among the most fragile items we ship. Those that come in a box stay in the box; those that come in styrofoam stay in their packing foam to protect the journey from our store to your door. "Free-floating" ornaments get packaged in a combination of craft paper and bubble wrap depending on the type and nature of the ornament. If something does break in shipping—a rare event, but we can't stop someone from putting it under a couch during holiday delivery—we'll either replace it or refund you. Just send us a picture of the broken ornament: that enables a hassle-free replacement or refund without shipping broken ornaments back and forth.
Do you have African American, Asian, or Hispanic Santas?
Yes—we carry Santa in a wide variety of ethnic designs. These items tend to arrive in September and October and often sell out expeditiously, so shop early in the season.
