I’m Toun, the Toy Lady, and along with my amazing team, I’m here to help you find the best toys, plush, and collectibles — the Treasures Worth Collecting — and to make sure they arrive Shipped with Pride. Most of all, we’re here to bring out the “kidult” in everyone, through two uniquely Keenga experiences.

At Keenga Toys, curation is our superpower. I don’t just scroll through online catalogs — I personally evaluate every line with a focus on quality, whether it’s the craftsmanship of a collectible artist, the design of a plush, or the fine details of an action figure. Quality matters.
That doesn’t mean everything needs to be a premium $150 piece — not everyone has that kind of budget. But I do believe every item we carry should offer excellent value. We’ve all experienced the disappointment of a once-great toy line that let its quality slip. My promise is simple: I won’t let that happen to our customers.

Your items deserve top-tier care, and we take that responsibility seriously.
Most big-box retailers use the thinnest, cheapest shipping boxes possible — but we don’t. At Keenga Toys we use heavy-duty boxes up to 4–6× thicker and stronger than standard packaging, so your toys, collectibles, action figures, and keepsakes arrive protected and ready for your shelf.
We also store all inventory in a static-free, climate-controlled environment to help prevent odors, discoloration, warping, and unexpected wear — because your treasures should look just as amazing coming out of the box as the day they were made.

What toy sources do you use?
Everything we carry comes from authorized vendors and official distributors, never gray-market resellers, so what arrives at your door is the real deal. On top of that, Toun personally evaluates and hand-selects lines in person at industry events like the NY Toy Fair, choosing each piece for its quality and value before it earns a spot in our store.
Are your toys and collectibles authentic?
Yes. Because we source only through authorized channels, every toy, plush, and collectible we sell is genuine and officially licensed.
How do you pack and ship my order?
We pack every order in our Armored Shipping boxes — heavy-duty and up to 4–6× thicker and stronger than standard packaging. We also store all inventory in a static-free, climate-controlled environment, so your treasures arrive packed with care and shipped with pride, ready for your shelf.
Who is Toun, the Toy Lady?
Toun is the founder and chief curator of Keenga Toys. Born in Vientiane, Laos, she now lives in Northern Virginia with her husband, an Army veteran. She personally inspects toy lines, often in person at events like the NY Toy Fair, to choose the toys, plush, and collectibles that earn a place in our collection.
What collectible price range do you carry?
Our collection runs the full range, from fun, budget-friendly finds under $10 to premium collectibles that reach well into the hundreds. What guides our curation isn’t price — it’s exceptional value. We look for the details that make a piece worth owning: an action figure with premium sculpting and face paintwork, a plush with an extra-soft touch and lifelike features, or an Enesco artist chosen for a style all their own. Whatever it costs, every item has to earn its place by delivering more than you’d expect for the price.
