What is Collector Grade Vinyl?
Collector Grade Vinyl are those products designed for a late teens-adult collector market featuring products that are meant to be displayed in the window or on their own. Unlike Funko Pops! Collector grade vinyl have much more detail and of course a higher price point. They are geared towards fans of a particular series rather than someone creating "wall o-pops" like effects. Best in brand are Sofubi, Q-Fig, and Mini-Co. which are all priced between $20-$50. This category is really for those aged 14 and up though some of the recommended ages do vary. What is the Q-Fig product?
Q Fig, is a product made by Quantum Mechanix in the plural "Q Figs" capture the action and emotion of some of the most popular pop culture figures in scenes which are directly on point. They are produced at 1:6 scale and come in a window display box. These are collector favorites because they have far more quality than a Pop! figure and are still reasonably priced ranging from $20-$50 depending on the figure being offered. They are designed with collectors aged 14 and up in mind and are usually displayed "in box" though look just as good when displayed without the packaging.
