Within the Enesco family of Ornaments we stock Heartwood Creek and Margaritaville as well as other Jim Shore designed ornaments. We carry Snowpinnions , Possible Dreams, and Cross Over line products from Enesco as well including Pusheen the Cat ornaments. For Kurt S. Adler lines we carry popular celebrity icon ornaments from the classic Betty Boop to new age Doctor Fauci , Coca-Cola themes, along with plenty of Grinch, Nightmare Before Christmas, food pop deco, Nickelodeon themed figures, and of course classic Santa.
All ornaments come as the manufacturer intended. Some of the economy priced snowpinnions and Kurt S. Adler ornaments (usually those under $15) come packed in Styrofoam rather than individual boxes. If you need a gift box for the ornament please add a note to your order we can provide you with a small complimentary gift box if you need one.
Very very carefully. These are among the most fragile items involved that we ship. Those that come in a box stay in a box, those that come in Styrofoam stay in the packing foam to protect their journey from our store to your door. 'Free-Floating" ornaments gets packaged in a combination of craft paper and bubble wrapping depending on the type and nature of the ornament. If something does get broken in shipping (a rare event - but we can't stop someone from putting it under a couch for holiday shipping) we'll either replace it or refund you. Please just send us a picture of the broken ornament that will enable us to do a hassle replacement or refund and we don't have to worry about shipping broken ornaments back and forth.
Yes we do carry Santa in a wide variety of ethnic designs. These items do tend to sell out quickly due to limited availability in brick and mortar gift shops, while we try to stay in stock through November they are exceptionally popular online and not carried in many other stores - so you may want to get yours a little earlier than other holiday decorations.
