Jedi Master Shaak Ti seemingly has more canonical deaths than anyone else, while the official lore book states she was killed by Anakin/Vader in Order 66's purge of the Jedi Temple, every death scene for her has been cut. She is also killed by General Grievous in Episode 3 and by Star Killer in the video game series, in addition to a cut scene of Anakin attacking the Temple. Either way she's still an awesome choice for the Vintage Collection addition and a must have for any true believer in the Jedi.
